The CAD module in the DMG 3-D programmer allows you to import 2D/3D files in the DXF, STEP, IGES format from various CAD systems. Complete, but also individual contour elements can then be copied for downstream processing. Machining cycles are used to generate NC sequences from the manufacturing and workpiece blank geometry. This involves the use of insert information from the tool file. Falling contours and finished contours are checked with the insert geometry. You can immediately simulate the calculated NC sequences, including the chip removal.
