Flexible terminal for MDR data transfer.

The versatile InterTrans from GNT Systems is connected via LAN, WLAN or DECT and reliably records all MDR signals. The operator in this case benefits from a clean status monitor directly in his field of view.
The data transmission itself can either be initiated by a dummy program with request command, or by a barcode command. All MDR messages are then directly forwarded to the server.

Rugged terminal for recording and returning MDR signals (LogiBox)

Straightforward status monitoring in the operator's direct field of view

Reliable data entry via barcode scanner (command sheet)

Available barcode scanner interface for operating DNC/MDR (NC data transmitted with dummy process)

Secure data transmission via LAN, WLAN or DECT

Straightforward machine connection via RS-232 or USB

In the LAN:

The terminal is connected to the network with a standard patch cable and subsequently communicates with the server or the DNC computer through an IP address.

In the WLAN:

The InterTrans can be integrated directly into an existing WLAN network with communication access points via TCP/IP

In the DECT:

All InterTrans devices have a dedicated ID (identification number) that determines on what machine control the relevant terminal is located. And the GNT.NET/DNC system then assigns the ID-specific transmission parameters (baud rate, data format, etc.) so that the various controls can be integrated into one system.

Straightforward installation in the operator’s field of view

The GNT.NET InterTrans is simply mounted in a rugged aluminum housing with a magnetic bracket on the machine. And every data transfer can be visually verified with the practical LED status displays.
